This Privacy Policy explains how Sales Magician LLC ("we," "us," "our"), which operates Go Porta Potty at goportapotty.com (the "Site"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit the Site or call a phone number shown on it.
1. Who we are
Go Porta Potty is a free referral service. When you call a number on the Site, we connect you with an independent local portable toilet (porta potty) rental provider in our network that serves your area. We do not own or rent equipment ourselves. The provider you are connected with sets its own prices and terms and handles your rental.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us on a call. For example your name, phone number, delivery address or ZIP code, project details, dates, and anything else you choose to share.
Call information. Your phone number (caller ID), the number you dialed, the date, time and length of the call, and your approximate location based on your phone number. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, billing and fraud-prevention purposes.
Information collected automatically when you visit the Site. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and advertising identifiers in the page link (for example a Google Ads click ID). We use cookies and similar technologies, including a call-tracking script that shows a unique phone number for your visit so we can tell which page and ad led to your call.
3. How we use information
- To connect your call with a provider that can help with your request
- To measure and improve our Site and advertising, including reporting calls back to advertising platforms such as Google Ads
- For quality assurance, training, billing between us and our providers, and dispute resolution
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam and automated or abusive calls

4. How we share information
- With the provider we connect you to, so it can quote and handle your request. That provider's own privacy practices then apply to the information it receives.
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our call system (for example telephony, call tracking, hosting and analytics vendors), only to perform services for us.
- With advertising platforms such as Google, for conversion measurement and ad performance.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states treat the use of advertising cookies and click identifiers as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, including the phone number shown for your visit, may not work as intended without them. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. 7. Data retention
We keep call records, recordings and Site data only as long as we need them for the purposes above, including billing, dispute resolution and legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
